Richard Wilson, Baron Wilson of Dinton in the county of Buckinghamshire, served as Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Home Civil Service from 1998 to 2002 while Tony Blair was Prime Minister. His life peerage was awarded in 2002. He was educated at Radley College and Clare College, Cambridge.
